What time is check-in and check-out?
During the high season, Findara is let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday with all lettings commencing at 16:00 on the day of arrival and finishing at 10:00 on the day of departure. Short breaks may be available in low season.
Do I need to bring my own towels?
The cottage is fully equipped including all bed linen and towels.
Do you provide any baby equipment?
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request and free of charge.
Will I pay for electricity?
All heating and electricity are included within the weekly rates advertised.
Do you require a deposit?
A 25% deposit is taken on reservation with the outstanding balance paid at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. If a customer books within six weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is due immediately. For further details relating to booking terms and conditions, please review the full information below.
Do you offer insurance?
We recommend that holiday makers take out cancellation insurance as protection from any unforeseen problems.
Can I bring my dog?
Two well behaved dogs are welcome, by prior request only. Each pet is charged at £50.00 per week or part thereof. Please contact the owner when making your booking for our dog policy. Please note all dogs should be fully house trained and have a minimum age of 1 years old (sadly no puppies allowed). It may not be appropriate to bring elderly dogs or any dogs who have behavioural or incontinence issues.
Is smoking permitted?
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking within the property.
